python-cssutils software package provides CSS Cascading Style Sheets parser and builder, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-cssutils
python-cssutils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-cssutils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-cssutils *
You will get with python-cssutils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
